Aims: Importance of television in students’ life

Duties: 1. To direct using new words in the sentences

  1. To know many types of television
  2. To understand importance of television in person’s life

Results: 1. They received information about television

  1. They used new words establishing dialogical contact
  2. They opened their opinions of critical thinking

Teacher meet the children. Then she will divide the children into two groups by ages.

’’ Every modern person must know three languages- Kazakh, Russian and English’’.  And also he said:’’ The future of our country is our young well educated generation’’.

New theme is ’’ Television and children ’’. Teacher will give them the text ’’ Television’’.

Then the teacher will give them exercise III at page 144.  Teacher will give them 2 cards. There are:

1. Children and TV is a great problem.

2. Television is not harmful, but if you let  a child watch TV programmes

without choice, he simply becomes a

passive viewer.

In exercise III there are 2 situations for each group. They’ll discuss in groups and say what they think about the following.

Each group will choose one of them then use the internet and act shows to each other. They’ll show their slides or a video.

Then the teacher will give them exercise 3 at page 145 and explains how to do this task.

1. How many hours a week do you spend watching TV?

2. What sort of programmesdo you like watching?

3. Are there any sorts of programmes you like or dislike?

They’ll write three answers of them and ask each other three questions in a dialogical contact.
 

f. Warming up

 

 

She will show physical exercise from the interactive blackboard.

’’Wind the Bobbin up’’

 

Pupils will stand and do physical exercises.

g. Video about notebook

Brain storm

Before defending she will show them a video about notebook in future life.

 

 

They’ll see a notebook in future life.
h. Defending about television/Making their own project Teacher willgive to each group posters and markers and explains them how to do this task. She puts the sticks to the leaders chairs. They have just seen a video about notebook in future life. With the help of the video they will draw their own project ‘’Television’’ in the poster and from each group the leaders will defend the task.

Conclusion/reflection

 

 

She will give them sticks.

 

They will write their opinions about new theme in the sticks.

 

V. Smiling poster

 

She will give them sticks.

 

They will put the sticks in the smiling poster.

 

 

VI. Mark Teacher gives some words to leaders then she puts conclusion mark. The leaders will mark pupils with the criterion and say about the marks.

 

 

 

 

 

VII. Home task

 

She gives them home tasks.
