The aims: To review pupils’ knowledge on the learned material. To develop their skills in speaking, thinking and writing.

The procedure

  1. Organization moment
  2. opening the game

Good afternoon, dear players, teachers and guests! Welcome to our game! Let me give you some brief information about game. It consists of 7 rounds. Three teams will take part in it.

 

  1. dividing into groups

Now, I want to divide you into groups. I invite you in the middle of the room. You must choose one of these cards and sit by picture. On other the side of the cards has pictures of book, pencil case and pencil.

 

  1. Greeting

Teams introduce each other. Every member of teams tells about yourself about their hobby etc.

 

  1. Round 1

Make up words from the letters

For the 1st team: father, table, green

For the 2nd team: mother, computer, red

For the 3rd team: sister, ruler, yellow

 

  • Round 2

Find the missed letters

For the 1st team: a b…y (o), an ap…le (p), brot…er (h)
